The Main Gym

Our main gym area has four zones:

1. Cardio Training Area
2. Selectorised Equipment
2. Free Weights Area
3. Core Conditioning

The quality and variety of our equipment means you can develop a workout programme around your own needs and personal training preferences. If you’re new to exercising in a gym this might seem over-whelming but we have qualified instructors available to help you get started.

All new members are offered gym inductions and follow up sessions to get you started at no additional fee. If you want a more regular, dedicated service we have a few personal trainers you can enlist.

Our cardio machines are by Life Fitness, they consist of treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, cycles, steppers and Concept 2 rowing machines.

We have a good range of selectorised weight machines, olympic free weights, dumbells and Hammer Strength plate loaded machines.
