The GymSync App
If you have a ‘classes-included’ membership you must use the Gymsync App. To install this app to your device (Android or iPhone) visit the Google Play Store or iPhone App Store and search for and install ‘GymSync’
When installed you need to sign-up. It requests the location of your gym – type in Leamington Spa, tap find, then select Bizz Fitness.
Proceed with the very short sign up and you’re good to go. If you need any help ask the staff at the gym to guide you through it next time you’re in.
Gymsync is compatible with Android and Apple devices on the UK store only. If you don’t have such a device you may also do it online with a PC, Mac or other smartphone… sign up at gymsync.co.uk
It is normal for most classes to become fully booked but don’t despair with Gymsync you can add yourself to the reserve list and if a space becomes availbe the app will notify everyone on the reserve list – the first person to claim the space gets it. Most cancellations occur on the day of the class.
The Gymsync app is only for members with classes included. With the app you may book classes up to seven days in advance.
If you can’t make a class then please cancel it via the app. You have up to one hour before the class to cancel.
Failure to attend and ‘check-in’ for a class you have booked may result in you being temporarily suspended from using the app.
Gym only members, non-members and persons temporarily suspended from the app may still book in at reception up to two days in advance.
